Rosie is a Past-Life Energetic© Practitioner, Reconnective Healer and Reiki Master/Teacher, as well as practitioner of Reflexology and Indian Head Massage. Rosie is also an accredited Massage for Schools Instructor. She has worked in complementary therapy for the past 15 years. Her work currently incorporates teaching, working for a mental health charity and her own private practice, on a mobile basis. Rosie takes clients within a 6 mile radius of the Hampton and Teddington area.
Rosie’s intention in practising her therapies is to bring the client into harmony with their higher self; to facilitate a harmony of mind, body and spirit within an environment of peacefulness and therapeutic loving calmness. This will manifest by the client feeling complete peacefulness and relaxation. All information is treated as totally confidential in line with ethical practise. A thorough consultation is taken on the first visit to determine whether there are any contraindications to treatment and to establish the treatment goals. Rosie welcomes any queries you may have regarding treatment or training.
Rosie has trained students at practitioner level at many west London adult education centres, teaching the ITEC Diploma in Reflexology. She also teaches First Degree Reiki and Second Degree Reiki (practitioner Reiki), both privately and within the adult education system.
The first principle of Rosie’s teaching is to promote compassionate self-love. She believes this component is imperative for any practitioner to be able to truly work from their heart, to bring the greatest benefit to their client within an empathic practice.
”The class in on a Monday evening (7-9 p.m.) and I always drag myself there, thinking that I could be soaking in a long bath, or some other such activity, but my begrudgement really does disappear as soon as the class starts. It is really interesting and the process works through fundamental idea. There is some theory involved which is very useful for getting a grounding and real understanding of the ideas involved. I would go so far as to say that I find it ENLIGHTENING! OK, that was going to far, but I am enthralled during every lesson…”
She studied spiritual Healing with the National Federation of Spiritual Healers; Traditional Reflexology with Andrew James of the Practitioner School in Kew, West London; Reiki and Past Life Energetics with international trainer, Kim Thomas of the Academy of Energetics. Other trainers who had an input into Rosie’s knowledge were the international trainers, Pauline Baume and Dr Christine Page, from the NFSH. Rosie is also an accredited practitioner of Vertical Reflex Therapy developed by Lynne Booth.
In 2006 she obtained her Certificate in Education from the University of Westminster.
Additionally, Rosie has studied Client-Centred Counselling; Solution Focused Brief Therapy; Metamorphosis; Indian Head Massage; Iridology and foundation Nutrition.
She is a member of the Association of Reflexologists; the Reiki Federation; and has an up- to-date professional indemnity and public liability insurance.
